Body technology training

Understand the equipment behind your body treatment services and build a more consistent consultation process. This programme centres on technology selection, with Onda Dinamica Body Shaper and Total Body among the available learning interests. Other devices can form a separate part of the enquiry, with the content agreed around your team and existing equipment.

Learning objectives

What will you explore?

  • Distinguish body skincare, contouring and comfort objectives in a consultation.
  • Compare the functions of specific devices without assuming equivalent applications.
  • Identify the information needed for individual suitability assessment and planning.
  • Develop records, client communication and review procedures for the agreed service.

Programme overview

Connect knowledge and practice.

01

Understanding the client's objective

Structure a consultation around the appearance and condition of body skin, the client's expectations and relevant history. Distinguish different concerns rather than placing every request under body contouring. Review the information needed to decide whether the selected service merits further assessment.

02

Onda Dinamica configurations

Explore the Rouge, Yellow and dermoporation functions in Body Shaper, and the additional Body Tester and Endodermico functions in Total Body. Compare the scope of the actual configuration, relevant handpieces and products, rather than assuming every Onda Dinamica model offers the same functions.

03

Comparing separate technologies

Discuss how cryolipolysis, shockwave with ultrasound and sequential compression represent different device categories. Yeti, Innline and AirPresso can be considered as separate learning interests. A wider equipment portfolio does not establish that different procedures should be combined in one appointment.

04

A documented service workflow

Review suitability, consent, equipment checks, relevant consumables and the responsibilities of the operator. Link any practical teaching to the selected model and participant prerequisites. Plan how observations, client feedback and reasons to pause or reassess are recorded consistently.

05

Communication and progress review

Develop realistic explanations of the chosen service and the limits of an individual plan. Review comparable photographs, observations and client feedback without promising a fixed change in measurements. Consider aftercare communication and how the team agrees the next review step.

Who is this training for?

  • Practitioners with relevant body treatment experience exploring a selected technology.
  • Clinic teams comparing equipment or reviewing an existing body service workflow.

Before you register.

  • Name the device or technology you want to study and describe your qualifications and current practice. Prerequisites and the final programme are reviewed before confirmation.
  • The Academy agrees a defined scope for each enquiry. Specialist medical or pelvic floor applications are not included in this general body technology description.
